FAQs
Where can we park?
There are options when it comes to parking. We highly recommend the dedicated parking lot on 7th and Garden Grove Blvd for all Cottage Industries patrons. Should that lot be full, we suggest street parking on 7th or 8th, but please take care not block any neighbor driveways. We discourage parking on busy 9th St. in the interest of everyone’s safety. Thank you! Click here to see the map of our parking lots! 9th & Garden Grove Blvd, and 7th & Garden Grove Blvd
Do you offer delivery?
We offer delivery for Full-Service Catering orders. You may fill out the Catering Inquiry Form for further details. Delivery for same-day orders are available through food delivery services, such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub.
Do you take reservations?
Unfortunately, we cannot take reservations. We are a quick-service restaurant and seating is first-come-first-serve. All seatings are outdoors so please dress accordingly. To beat the crowd, we recommend you come in 30 minutes before we open. There is usually little to no wait-time on weekdays. The average wait-time on Saturdays and Sundays is about 1 hour.
Can we book a private space for a party?
Yes, you can book a private space for birthday parties, graduations, corporate events, etc. For additional information, see Cottage Industries Private Parties.
Do you cater for corporate events or parties?
Yes we do! Please fill out our catering inquiry form here.
Does your food contain any allergens?
Are any of the items Keto friendly?
Yes! Our briskets and other meats are Keto friendly! Unfortunately our BBQ sauces are not therefore order the meats without sauces.
What is the best way to reheat the sliced meats?
The best way to reheat our barbecue meat is in an oven safe container wrapped tightly with aluminum foil, add 1-2 tablespoon of water in the container and baked at 325F for 15-30 minutes depending on the amount of meat. Essentially this will gently steam the meats. A more convenient but not preferred option would be using the microwave. Microwave each dish 30 seconds intervals and rotating the meats, depending on the amount of food. Be sure to put a wet and clean paper towel over the food to keep your microwave clean and food moist, or add a tablespoon of water to the dish and cover with a microwave-safe lid/wrap! Please keep in mind that each microwave is different and for best results reheat small batches.
